The National Association of Community Health Centers, Capital Link and Community Health Ventures release a new report, entitled ACCESS CAPITAL: New Opportunities for Meeting America's Primary Care Infrastructure Needs. The report shows how a new effort in health care infrastructure financing will help to launch the ACCESS plan that will help the estimated one in five Americans who can't find a doctor to care for them today, while generating cost savings to patients, communities, insurers and taxpayers tomorrow.
