Once you select
a HealthCast
that you would
like to view,
you should
see a link
to "Listen" or "View." When
you click this
link, a window
will open for
the player.
After a few
seconds, you
should see
a picture and/or
hear sound.
To adjust the video during playback, use the gray Windows Media toolbar.
Below are instructions on how to use each of the buttons on the toolbar, from left to right.
The play button allows you to resume play if you have paused or stopped the video.
The pause button allows you to pause the video during playback. To resume playback from that point, press the play button.
The stop button allows you to stop the video completely. If you press the play button after using the stop button, the video starts over from the beginning.
These buttons allow you to scroll through the video. You may need to wait a few seconds while Windows Media Player downloads the new portion of the video.
The volume control allows you to adjust the volume or turn it off. To mute the sound, click on the speaker button. To turn the volume up, slide the small square button to the right, to turn it down, slide the button left. You can also adjust the volume on your speakers.
